There are two types of companies that can be formed here: A Free Zone Limited Liability Company which can be owned by one or more individuals or entities. or an existing local or foreign company can register their branch office. Company registration license costs in DIC are about AED 18,520 and a physical office has to be rented which starts from approximately AED 35,000 per year.
