Mirazizbek, a corporate lawyer by profession, is an entrepreneur in the legal and corporate services fields, with 15 years of experience in UAE.
Mirazizbek started his entrepreneurship journey in 2014, and since then he has successfully founded three companies in UAE: CorpLex, POA.ae and Lex Estates.
Mirazizbek graduated from the faculty of International Business Law from American University in Central Asia, one of the top-tier universities in Central Asia.
He relocated to and started his career in Dubai in 2010 as a paralegal at DBA Business Advisors (currently Adam Consulting). Later he shifted to a law firm Al Haddad & Associates Advocates and Legal Consultants as a Legal Consultant specializing in corporate, commercial and real estate laws.
In 2014, he transitioned to private practice and founded a company called MimoLegal, which was later rebranded as CorpLex. Mirazizbek also serves as off-counsel at Dr. Mohamed Al Hammadi Advocates and Legal Consultants law firm, where he assists the firm’s clients with corporate and commercial matters.
As a corporate lawyer who has sucessfully founded his own businesses, Mirazizbek combines legal expertise with real life experience of setting and running a business.
